EDN WEEKLY - The news service preparing you for the coming documentary week
ISSUE #25: 9 - 29 July, 2018
Participate in EDN's Media and Society initiative

Dear Reader,

This is the last Weekly before the EDN summer holidays. The next one will find you on August 3rd.

Before switching off the office coffee machine and starting to look for that tube of sunscreen that we carefully put away last year, the EDN team sat together and listed what we achieved in the first six months of activity in 2018. We did not have to look back in anger. On the contrary, we were filled with a sense of satisfaction. It has been a good year until now and the team managed to make a difference in the life of many a professional. Mind you, it’s not us who are saying that… this is the feedback we regularly receive.

And still, being self-critical people we ask ourselves what we can do better and how we can make being an EDN member even more worthwhile and how we can convince those who have not found the way to EDN yet to join the family. Do we shout loud enough and make it clear what exactly we have to offer? The consensus was that in this domain we can improve. And we will. But until then, why don’t you use one of those rainy days (oh, they will come... don’t worry) to browse our website and discover the many ways in which we can be of service to you. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Have the best summer ever and see you in three weeks,

Paul Pauwels
Director EDN
