Cecilia Lidin - EDN Head of Office
With a background consisting of a Masters Degree in Film and Mass Communication (studies at the University of Copenhagen and University of California, Berkeley) and professional experience from the MEDIA 1 project DOCUMENTARY as well as experience from promoting shorts- and documentaries with Filmkontakt Nord, Cecilia Lidin joined the EDN team in 1998.
At EDN Cecilia Lidin is responsible for a number of the workshops and seminars organised by EDN, and she functions as a tutor and moderator of film discussions, and conducts courses about documentary filmmaking in Europe. Cecilia contributes to DOX magazine reporting from different film-events and reviewing films, and on a daily basis consults EDN members in questions of project development, financing and distribution. Cecilia Lidin has served on several juries at film festivals around Europe and is from 2006 the Artistic Director of Odensen International Film Festival.

Hanne Skjødt - EDN Network Manager
Hanne Skjødt has studied psychology at the University of Copenhagen. In 1993 she began working with documentaries and art house feature film production and promotion. In 1995 she joined Final Cut Productions to work mainly with documentaries: financing, production, distribution and promotion. Since 2000 she has been with the Danish Film Institute as distribution and promotion consultant and head of unit, distribution and promotion of shorts and documentaries. In this position she was in charge of internationel promotion at film festivals as well as supporting producers' national promotion and distribution and the Danish Film Institute distribution of institute-supported shorts and documentaries on DVD to schools, educational establishments and public libraries.

Ove Rishøj Jensen - EDN Web Editor & Film Consultant
Ove Rishøj Jensen holds a bachelor degree in film studies with additional studying of cultural journalism. Besides working for EDN he has briefly worked for Filmkontakt Nord. Ove has been with EDN since Winter 2003. Ove is in charge of the EDN web page, advertising in DOX and EDN TV-Guide. He producing and programming a number of EDN events like Marathon Dok, The Greek Documentary Lab and various other industry events.

Cecilie Bolvinkel - Network Coordinator & EDN Financing Guide Editor
Cecilie Bolvinkel holds a Masters Degree in Film Studies from the University of Copenhagen. She has previously worked as a festival assistant for shorts & documentaries at the Danish Film Institute.
Cecilie takes care of memberships and of updating the online EDN festival and distributor databases and The EDN Guide.

Truls Lie - DOX Editor in Chief
Truls Lie is the editor of DOX. The last 15 years he has been working as publisher and editor-in-chief of the weekly Norwegian cultural newspaper Morgenbladet (1993-2003) and the Nordic edition of the political radical monthly Le Monde diplomatique (2003-2008). He has also been working as a film critic and documentary filmmaker. His university degree in philosophy and media/economics comes from studies in Oslo, New York and San Francisco. He has especially been working with media criticism, nihilism and existentialism from French and German philosophy.

Vibeke Bryld - DOX Assistant Editor
Vibeke Bryld is a writer and filmmaker with a background in Philosophy and Arts from University of Copenhagen and a MA in Screen Documentary from Goldsmith's College, London. Over the years' she's directed a series of documentaries for Al Jazeera. Her latest documentary was nominated for the New Vision Award at CphDox. She has worked as a writer for the UK based Film and Festivals Magazine, Shooting People publications and as a programmer for the national Danish cinematheque, Cinemateket.
